PROCESSING TIMES

All orders take 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and shipped.

FREE PICKUP

Free pickup option is available from Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
If you would like to make a return request, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns from US locations.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please be aware, that banking services take some processing time to transfer your money back to your account/credit card. If you have checked your bank account or contacted credit card provider and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for any refunds.

EXCHANGES

Please, note that shipping costs are non-refundable. That also includes costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
